Commtel was established in 1982 and has grown to be the UK's largest manufacturer of Telecoms accessories. Its customers range from large Wholesalers through to the largest Multiple Retailers in the UK.

With a dedicated Research and Development team, Commtel has been at the forefront of product design since the 1980s and continues to produce many of the most innovative and patented designs in the industry both in the Telecoms and Audio Visual sectors.

Commtel's R&D Division has received Millennium Product and Design Council awards and holds registered patents in many categories.

As well as Telecoms accessories, Commtel also manufacturers in the Far East, a wide range of Audio Visual, Computer and Power products and is currently expanding its range to cater for the European market. Commtel also have a full range of BS approved Cable.

Traditionally Commtel products have been sold under the customers' own livery or branding, but recent agreements with many major customers, allow products to be displayed and sold under the Commtel brand.
