All product pricing, information, specifications, images, descriptions and anything else contained within these pages is strictly for guidance purposes only. All information presented within these pages is intended purely as a guide. Whilst we have taken every care possible to ensure accurate information is presented, the accuracy of the information supplied on these pages cannot be verified. Commtel (UK) Ltd will not be held responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentation of either the products, prices or other information made available.

This website will be updated from time to time and Commtel (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any mistakes, sections under construction or the website being offline for any period of time.  This will happen without prior notice and we reserve the right to update, add and delete any products at any time to ensure our website and products are up to date.

Website Trade Login Account
If you have a trade login account with Commtel (UK) Ltd, you are only allowed to use this access for browsing and selecting products in our product range.  You must NOT disclose your access details to any other employee within your organisation and/or any other third parties.  Any information you see within the trade login area must not be shared or disclosed with anyone else.  You are solely responsible for your account and access to it.  If you encounter problems accessing your account please contact us for assistance.  

Ordering
To place an order with Commtel (UK) Ltd you must first contact us and request an account with us.  Once we have accepted you as a customer and processed the account set up procedures you will obtain an account with Commtel (UK) Ltd.  To order products from us you may use the following procedures:

• Telephone
• Fax
• E-mail
• Ordering by Post
• Ordering from one of our sales representatives while visiting your site or ours. 

Order Errors
We cannot be held responsible for errors on orders.  Please ensure you order the correct products and quantities when ordering from our sales team. 

Products in Stock
We always try to keep good stock levels of all our products, but from time to time products may not be in stock and may require an ordering and waiting time.  These waiting times can vary from product to product and seasonal busy times.  Please speak with our sales team for products in stock. 

Delivery
FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £200 or over.
Orders under £200 are subject to a delivery charge dependant on weight and dimensions.  Please contact Commtel (UK) Ltd for more details on delivery charges for your order.    

Order Pick Up
If you wish to pick your order you may do so.  Once the order has been picked packed and palletise we will contact you to arrange pick up.  We will do our best to arrange a suitable pick up time for you, but dependent on work load and busy times this could cause waiting times and unforeseen delays.  Please speak to our sales team.

Pricing  
Unless otherwise stated all prices listed are per item and exclude VAT. If you are entitled to discount then please deduct this from the Trade Price.  Please note that to obtain the Box Quantity price, product must be ordered in multiples of Box Quanities.

All Prices on the Commtel (UK) Ltd website are for guidance purposes only.  We have taken great care and attention to ensure the pricing is correct.  We can NOT however be held responsible for any pricing issues, this includes under pricing, overpricing, no pricing.  Commtel (UK) Ltd will notify its customers on price changes as manufacturing as material charges change.   Please contact us for pricing.
